The Better Stronger You Body Weight Workout
Sessions will begin in June 2012.

Here is your opportunity to get in great shape without using a gym or external equipment.  Each week you will receive a highly effective workout while only using your own body weight.  Each session will be designed and instructed by Chris Houston.  Ideally, each week we will meet as a group at the target location near the lakefront for the workout.  Sessions will take place one day a week for a total of 8 weeks.  More information soon!
